Tropical Storm Claudette comes ashore....actually we didn't get hit that bad. By the time it reached us, I believe it was listed as a Tropical Depression. Lots of wind, some rain and a lot of great waves!! Very fun to watch! :)
Love this picture :)

Breezy braving 40-50mph winds!

Breeze thinks it's pretty cool that she can touch the bottom of the pool!

We had quite the unpleasant surprise the other night. At one in the morning, we woke up to the fire alarm blasting though our condo (not smoke detector...fire alarm!). It started blaring out the alarm, then there was an automated voice that said that there was an emergency and that we needed to evacuate the building. All this was accompanied by strobe lights going off thru the whole house! I immediately ran to Breezy's room...she was just sitting up with a very scared look on her face. Mark went out to see what was going on. He came back in to tell us that everyone was sitting in the parking lot! So...at 1am, off we went to hang out in the parking lot! The fire trucks came and checked the building. Turns out that a little punk kid pulled the fire alarm. What a cool practical joke....NOT!! We sat outside for over a half hour. Glad everything was ok, but I'm hoping we don't have to go through that again!!
